Idaho’s Sunshine Laws
Under the Sunshine Laws for the State of Idaho, full names, addresses, occupations, and employers (if not retired or working) need to be submitted as part of a campaign finance report. Individual donations cannot exceed $1,000 for the primary election and $1,000 for the general election.
You can submit online donations using a debit or credit card. See below for instructions to mail your donation.

- Make a check payable to “Britt Raybould for Idaho”
- On the memo line of the check, please indicate that the donation is for “2022 Campaign”

As with online donations, we need to collect donors’ full names and addresses. Donations are limited to $1,000 from individuals and other legal entities for each election (primary and general).
