We have every right not to fear prosecution when we’re defending ourselves. That is why I wholeheartedly support Castle Doctrine. We just need to make sure we’re defending our rights and not creating new rights for criminals at the expense of law-abiding citizens.

With the legislature declaring “sine die” (adjournment) last week, it marked the end of two stellar legislative careers. Rep. Maxine Bell and Sen. Shawn Keough, the co-chairs of the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee (JFAC), completed their final terms in the Idaho Legislature.

We want Idaho to be a place that helps people with a vision add to our state’s legacy. Just think about the great businesses that started in Idaho.

Campaign Update: Yes, We Still Need Farmers

When I announced my campaign, I did an interview on BYU-I Radio. During the interview, I mentioned the need for more voices from agricultural to serve In Idaho’s government. After the interview was shared on social media, some comments suggested that we already had enough “farmers” in office.
